Description
Maxime Delgado is a lecturer and researcher in the Construction Engineering 4.0 program at ENSIBS in Lorient and a BIM Coordinator. A professional passionate about integrating new technologies into the construction sector, Maxime Delgado is a recognized expert in Building Information Modeling (BIM). For more than 10 years, he has specialized in 3D modeling and BIM coordination, building solid experience with advanced software tools.
For the past few years, he has held a position as BIM Coordinator in a company specializing in digital construction project management. In this role, he is responsible for implementing and managing BIM processes for complex projects. He contributes to structuring 3D models, coordinating the different disciplines (architects, engineers, and contractors), and managing information flows within project teams. His expertise in Revit and 3D modeling enables him to ensure data integrity throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction.
